Data may be transferred to Google LLC for Google Workspace; to collaborating offices (P&L Global Caribbean RD SRL and P&L Global US Llc) for customer management; to Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Wildmail, or any other email marketing platform used by the company. INC for sending electronic communications. However, to guarantee data security and confidentiality, appropriate measures have been adopted through the Adequacy Decision or Standard Clauses. We use WhatsApp as a means of contact with our customers, which results in an international data transfer, as regulated in its privacy policy (link to WhatsApp’s privacy policy:  https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/updates/privacy-policy-eea/?lang=es . The guarantee used for the same is the use of standard contractual clauses, as indicated in the aforementioned privacy policy. The use of the WhatsApp client as a means of contact implies acceptance of the aforementioned privacy policy.
